Membership in the Covenant of the Goddess comes in two types:

If you'd like to read up on the details of Membership Eligibility (and everything else about CoG!), have a look at the National Bylaws (PDF document) and soak up all the details. In particular, Article 2, sections A, B, D, and J address the membership and associate process in exquisite detail.
